We are a team of Ecuadorian entrepreneurs and bio-enthusiasts with expertise in biotechnology, nutrition, and business. Our journey began at the world's leading biotechnology summit—the Community Bio Summit 2019 at MIT Media Lab in Boston.
Driven by a shared vision, we are revolutionizing the food industry by producing high-value protein ingredients from organic waste through insect biotechnology and a circular production model.
Inspired by our founder's grandfather, Miguel, an Indigenous man from the Ecuadorian Andes who suffered chronic malnutrition. ALL iFOODS is driven by the belief that healthy nutrition should be a right, not a privilege. We create accessible, nutrient-rich ingredients for everyone, regardless of color, race, or ethnicity.
We turn organic by-products into high-value protein through insect biotechnology. Our regenerative process returns all production waste to the soil as plant superfoods (insect-based biofertilizers), supporting both human nutrition and ecosystem restoration.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer
A specialist in business and biotechnology with nearly seven years of experience in R&D&I. She has also spent over five years building and managing non-profit organizations. Sofía holds a Biotechnology Engineering degree from Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas – ESPE and a Diploma in Commercial Innovation from Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja (UTPL). She is a fellow of leadership and open innovation programs at MIT. As CEO, she drives ALL iFOODS' vision, strategy, and global growth.
Chief Technology & Nutrition Officer
A specialist in nutrition and food safety. She holds a degree in Biotechnology from the Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas – ESPE and specialized in Food Science at Centennial College in Toronto, Canada. She leads the development of our functional ingredients.
Chief Operating Officer
An expert in bioeconomy and commercial management. She holds a degree in Biotechnology from the Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas – ESPE. With experience in sales and data analysis at Qhatu, she now coordinates key processes to ensure our operational efficiency.
Chief Financial Officer
Bachelor in Accounting and Auditing with a specialization in Tax Management and Compliance from the Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas – ESPE. Currently working at Fiducia, an investment fund management firm, he brings strategic vision to ALL iFOODS' financial structure.
